Who are the leaders? You are (if you choose to be)!

The ethos behind SD Enterprise is that anyone and everyone can be a leader in some way, that you have it in you to become a leader of some or many, in some way, you can make a differnce in the world through leadership.

Who do you think of as leaders, think of the world around you, your work, your family and friends, in the community, in school (maybe in the past, it is donkeys ago for me), college or university, a local community group, on TV, in business, sports, society, in world famine, hunger and disease.

When have you lead others, many people will not know an answer to this question, but sometimes it is about looking at as far back as childhood and realising that you can lead people. If you can not think of when you have lead something you may want to try and talk to someone you know and ask them for ideas (but if this idea makes you cringe), you could try thinking about where you would like to become a leader.

Leadership is about standing up for what you believe in, getting people to buy into your ideas and making things happen (preferably moral things though), taking clear action toward a desired goal (or a number of goals) and being a change catelist.

The world is changing at a rate that humans have never experienced before and at not time in our short history have there been such a need for moral leadership and direction towards fairness, equality and sustainability.
